Meet the Pastor

Rev. K.A. Gandy is the Pastor here in Jacksonville, NC. He and his wife Nicole are dedicated to building God's Kingdom one family, one person at a time. Their life is dedicated to living by example and encouraging men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ. Pastor Gandy answered the call into the ministry in 1983 while serving in the U.S. Military.

He and his wife have had the opportunity to serve the Lord in many areas. They have labored in Washington State, Kansas, Georgia, Missouri, and in Kentucky. The Lord even afforded them the opportunity to be instrumental in starting a church in South Korea.

Pastor and Sister Gandy love the work that God has called them into. Together they operate a Christian Servicemens Home near Camp Lejeune, NC. This is a place that is a home away from home for single service members. They both love to fellowship and serve our military members stationed in this area.

Pastor Gandy has been happily married for over 28 years to his former pen-pal Nicole. Together they are looking forward to be of service to someone and to lift up the name of our Savior Jesus Christ.

At New Testament Christian Church we understand the challenges of military members and families. Being separated from relatives and friends, coupled with the demands of military duty, can take its toll.
