What is a Servicemen's Home?
A Servicemen's Home is both a church and a home for military personnel where they are welcome and wanted at all hours of the day and night. It's a place of refuge where they can receive Christian fellowship, prayer, devotions, and friendship.
The Home in Oceanside
The Servicemens' Home here in Oceanside has a rich history of faith and encouragement for many, many servicemembers. The first home was established in the 1980's and through the years many lives have been touched and enriched. We are thankful for all who have come before us, for those who have worked to make the Home a place of victory and hope for the military stationed here.
Through the years lives have been touched and enriched and as one person put it - "fellowship, fellowship, fellowship," that is the key to, and the purpose of, a servicemen's home and church. To fellowship means to join together.
New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc. celebrated our 50th Anniversary in 2019, and we are very thankful for all that God has done. We look forward to continuing the mission to reach out to our military and their families in the States and around the world.
Supporting our servicemen
We thank God for the men and women who serve in the United States military and for the opportunity to minister to those who serve!! To show our appreciation, we welcome you to enjoy the blessings of our Christian Servicemen's Home, which is open to our military 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
We're not offering the fellowship of the world. The fellowship of Christ and of a Christian character should be the by-word of all servicemen's homes and churches. We should realize that everyone wishes to be a part. Everyone wishes to have friends, people with whom they can communicate. They search for a common denominator in their lives. Christ is this common denominator for a Christian servicemen's home.
Many men and women in the military are away from their families for the first time and are looking for a fresh start in life. At our Christian Servicemen's Home, you will find a welcoming environment rich with the blessings of God's love. It is a real "Home away from home" which provides great Christian fellowship, home cooked meals, and so much more!! Those who have taken advantage of this opportunity have truly reaped the benefits in their lives for God!
Getting together
We are also a sponsor of Operation Life Readiness, a faith-based recreation program geared specifically toward giving single Soldiers the opportunity to make better and more rewarding life choices, which better prepare them for a more successful future!!

Our events are held every Friday evening at 6:30 pm at the Home, 348 Leeward Court, Oceanside, CA 92054.
