Meet Pastor Stevens

Reverend Stevens and his wife, Lillian moved from Chicago, Illinois where they held a Pastorate for five years and became the Pastor and Servicemen’s Home Director of New Testament Christian Church of Vilseck, Germany in December 2018.
Pastor Stevens grew up in Brook Park, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. After enlisting as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army in 1981, he was stationed in Fort Polk, Louisiana where he became a Christian. In 1985 Rev. Stevens began Bible school classes and completed his education with New Testament Christian Seminary, graduating in 1988. While attending Bible Seminary he met Lillian in 1988 and married in 1990. David and Lillian have been together for over 30 years laboring in the ministry together in a variety of works.
Reverend Stevens held Pastorates in San Jose, California, Seattle, Washington, Puyallup, Washington, and Chicago, Illinois. He and his wife served as Missionaries to the Philippine Islands and taught at the New Testament Christian Seminary in Graham, Washington.
Their love for the military community had them serving as a Pastor and Servicemen’s Home Directors in Dongduchon City, South Korea with an outreach to Camp Casey and surrounding Camps; also at Wahiawa, Hawaii, with an outreach to Schofield Barracks, Kaneohe Marine Base, and Pearl Harbor; and again in Waegwan, South Korea with an outreach to Camp’s Carroll, Henry, and Walker. Currently he’s the Pastor and Servicemen’s Home Director of New Testament Christian Church serving the U.S. military communities in the Vilseck and Grafenwoehr area.
